Dozer is a battle-hardened, no-nonsense Cat dozer operator with grease on his gloves and a job to do. He represents the spirit of everyone on the Tierra team: hardworking, dependable, and ready to push through whatever the job demands. Whether it's tracking down a hard-to-find D11 in the middle of a mining shutdown or closing a deal across the globe before sunrise, Dozer's got the blade down and the tracks moving.

We created Dozer because the heavy equipment world isn't just about machines — it's about the people who run them, maintain them, and keep projects moving. Dozer is a nod to every operator, mechanic, and site manager who's ever climbed into a cab before dawn and gotten the job done.
